Pep Talk


We all have goals, short term and long term goals. How much effort we put into achieving those goals is solely up to us. However, there will also always be obstacles that get in the way.

Many times we use obstacle or external factors to create excuses as to why we can’t do something about our situation. Sure things happen that are out of your control (like the weather or time). Don’t worry about these things, they are out of your hands (unless you know a wicked rain dance or have a time machine).

What we don’t realize is that the biggest obstacle standing in our way can actually be ourselves. The worst thing you can do is sabotage yourself by letting your attitude, mindset, or fears get to you.

It’s how you react to life’s obstacles that matter. Actions speak louder than words. Do something about your situation. Don’t wallow or feel sorry for youself, it will get you nowhere! Don’t let your own hang ups about yourself get in the way of achieving your goals.

With that said, I apologize for not updating in awhile. I can give you a billion reasons why, but I’d rather not create excuses. I will just make it up to you with action…or words 🙂
